At The Rabbit Hole Gifts, we are committed to curating a diverse range of one-of-a-kind, handmade gifts and treasures made by creative & talented humans, as well as lovely offerings from the earth. Our mission is to provide an immersive and imaginative shopping experience that celebrates local artisans, thoughtful design, the gift of wonder and the beauty of the natural world. In addition to that we will host creative and memorable experiences with each fun & fascinating workshop event. Bring your most fun friends or come and make a few more!

Yummy, fuzzy, snuggly rabbit hole feels
The Rabbit Hole is an immersive environment that allows for all of the senses to be awakened. It starts with the window design, seen from outside, visitors will gaze upon an eye-catching visual treat. The window displays feature some of our favorite handmade items in the shop. The window theme carries through the shop, all the way back to 'The Workshop'. That is, if you can make it past the HTF candy section, jewelry, crystals, plants, cozy blankets, macrame art, soft pullover sweatshirts, etc.....
The entrance to 'The Workshop' is nestled in-between two large hedge fixtures, guarded by lampposts at the back of the store. Inside the workshop is where the creative springs out of all of us, and we learn and make a new thing together!
We want this to be your happy place, too.
THE GIFT SHOPPE
Step into a wonder of a shop that's delightfully unique! The window designs are a playful lure, drawing you into a world that feels like a stroll through a manicured garden with hidden treasures abound! Discover a special place in Hickory that houses exceptional handmade wares, repurposed furniture, jewelry, candles, pottery, houseplants, handmade, aesthetically-pleasing, quality, repurposed items and crocheted treats-- perfect gifts for all ages. There's even a "build-a-bouquet" dried flower cart and a pup, cat or plant or crystal parent section! (You know who you are. ;) ) It's a curated collection proudly showcasing the talent of Carolina's creative small business community.
THE WORKSHOP
Down the trail, in the back, is where the real magic happens! We will have art & craft DIY workshops and events as well as workshops, where you can hands-on learn a fun new hobby or craft and meet "your people" at the same time! The workshops will range from easy to pro and are taught by our staff, partners, skilled vendors, and other qualified guest instructors.
If this sounds like your vibe, through and through, then this might be the home for your product, skills and/or talent!

We are currently curating our artist / vendor partnerships for the shop. If you have a cool product, art piece(s), or beautiful items you make and sell, that the public must see, and we must love, please contact us through the form below. We would absolutely love to hear from you! You do not need to live in North or South Carolina to be considered. But local will always be given shelf space first.
We are also looking for Partner Rabbits...or rather, looking for "our people", our Unicorn Partnerships. The humans destined to make The Rabbit Hole even more amazing. Could you see yourself working with 3 other driven and supportive women to create the most charming & enchanting gift shop & workshop in Hickory? Do you have a superpower to bring to the table? Like building furniture, or have had a career in the arts? Super organized? There are two very special opportunities for two ideal people in this 4-Rabbit Formula. You do need to live in or around Hickory, or be happy to commute,

We are still looking for vendors who can supply handmade jewelry, pottery, handmade knit blankets, unique art sculptures, up-cycled art and gifts, pillows, etc. Whatever you have We will always try to create a wide variety, but will only specifically have one crystal supplier small business at a time, for example.
